About the Role
We are seeking a Paid Search Associate to manage search campaigns for TodayTix. You will be responsible
for driving strategy and user acquisition by optimizing accounts, creating and testing ad copy and
implementing data-driven bidding across campaigns. You will perform full funnel analysis and discuss
key findings and results with TodayTix leadership. The successful candidate will be expected to take
ownership of our paid search strategy and contribute analytical support to other initiatives across digital
marketing and ecommerce platforms.


What you’ll do

  • Design account structure for all campaigns on Google, Yahoo, Bing and other platforms for a
  • variety of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Own daily management of accounts on Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing and other platforms for a
  • variety of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget
  • caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of market strategies for Paid Search campaigns,
  • including developing strategic roadmaps, test plans, and risk/benefit analysis; as well as
  • analyzing results and developing actionable insights
  • Employ analytical reasoning, data analysis, and problem solving skills to effectively and
  • efficiently manage campaigns.
  • Generate thoughtful recurring reports for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking,
  • and other paid search initiatives.
  • Work closely with the other team members to meet goals.
  • Keep an ear to the ground and share industry news, digital marketing trends, industry tools, and
  • internal cross-team key learnings.

 

About you

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree -- marketing or business administration are preferred.
  • You have 2-3 years of Paid Search Engine Marketing (SEM) experience.
  • You have a passion for SEM and flawless day-to- day campaign execution
  • You possess comprehensive data-analysis and problem solving skills; able to draw conclusions
  • and with guidance, you are able to devise strategic recommendations based on findings
  • You know when to self-solve vs. when to seek guidance, and aren’t afraid to ask for direction
  • from the experts that surround you
  • You have enthusiasm for identifying time-saving solutions and other opportunities for internal
  • optimization.
  • You can write professional and concise emails
  • You work comfortably in dynamic environments where competing priorities are commonplace,
  • while expertly managing expectations and priorities

This is a full-time position based out of our office in Soho, New York.
