Executive Assistants do more than just support TodayTix's leaders; they are the living backbone of our growing team. This role directly supports our Co-Founder and President, while occasionally assisting other company leaders. EA’s handle a variety of professional and personal assistance responsibilities, developing relationships with those they support and able to anticipate their needs without being asked. A top candidate’s positive attitudes and outgoing dispositions will make them a key team member, as well as a helpful resource for all employees of and visitors to TodayTix.

You will:


•    Manage Executive calendars and complex time demands; over time, you will develop knowledge of existing or previous appointments.
•    Organise Executive files and expenses, tracking all information.
•    Schedule and book travel.
•    Co-ordinate meetings internally and externally, across the UK and abroad.
•    Assist in the planning and execution of team calls, company-wide events, including All Hands meetings, holiday parties and networking events.
•    Take an active role in company culture, helping to look after team activities, outings, etc.
•    Provide personal support when necessary.
•    Anticipate the Executive needs and determine necessary actions.
•    Keep the office running! Liaise with building management, keep kitchen and supply cabinets stocked with awesome goodies and be the point-person for all things office-related.

•    Skilled in communications. You should be friendly with strong verbal and written communication skills.
•    Attentive. Detail-oriented individuals are especially qualified.
•    Loyal. You have a sense of dedication and are able to handle sensitive information discretely.
•    Proficient in the Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, XLS) and Google Apps suites.
•    Academic. Possess a strong educational track record.
•    Resourceful and flexible. Forward thinking and can work calmly under pressure.
•    Highly professional. Have experience in an administrative role.
•    Experienced. A proven track record of supporting executives or career interest as an Executive Assistant. Start-up experience a plus.
•    An arts lover. A genuine love for and acute knowledge of theatre/arts is encouraged, but not required.
•    Bi-lingual. Additional European languages preferred, but not required.

This is a paid position with a 40 hr/week commitment required. Competitive salary. Start date ASAP.
