Founded by theater insiders, TodayTix is the first and only free mobile app for iOS and Android that provides access to last-minute theater tickets.  We launched in December 2013 in NYC and have quickly grown to a team of 60 full-time employees. Now live in New York City, London, Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, Washington, D.C., Chicago, Boston, Philadelphia, Connecticut and Seattle, the TodayTix team has plans to expand its reach to many new national and global locations.


Part-Time Ticketing Operations Specialist 

We’re looking for an outgoing, dependable, organized, positive and detail-oriented Ticketing Operations Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Theatrical Partnerships Manager for Seattle, the Ticketing Operations Specialist is the face of TodayTix, promoting the brand and circulating materials to customers.


Job Responsibilities:

Fill ticket orders on a rolling basis

Ensure smooth and efficient ticket delivery at showtime outside the theater

Communicate and coordinate with other local agents and TodayTix staff members in NYC and Chicago

Serve as the face of TodayTIx to our customers

Answer any questions customers or others might have about the app and concierge program




Experience handling sensitive financial information

Strong written and oral communication skills

Friendly, positive and personable demeanor

Impeccable punctuality and organization skills

Problem solving skills in a fast-paced environment

A great team player and a “make it work” attitude



Access to personal transportation

This is a part-time paid position and is located in Seattle, WA.
