The marketing team at TodayTix is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager. This person will be responsible for identifying and developing affiliate programs to drive profitable growth and revenue. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will work collaboratively with the user acquisition and retention leads, and liaise with global market managers to manage program relationships and deliver on key metrics and goals. Responsibilities will include partnership development, program maintenance, contract negotiation, partnership marketing, project management, and budget planning. The role will report to the Director of User Acquisition. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Identify, assess and build new affiliate partners, as well as maintain existing relationships with current affiliates
  • Analyze and optimize global affiliate promotions to drive optimal performance and program efficiency
  • Implement initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, generate revenue opportunities and increase ROI
  • Serve as primary lead on all related day-to-day affiliate marketing initiatives and communications
  • Project-manage marketing programs and campaigns, engaging with internal teams and key stakeholders to secure resources in a timely fashion 
  • Maintain and improve process for partner budgeting and invoicing
  • Negotiate and manage partner contracts

Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business or related field required
  • Experience implementing and optimizing affiliate marketing campaigns (at least 2 years)
  • Proven ability to initiate, establish and nurture partner relationships within all communication channels (email, phone or in person)
  • Strong analytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to analyze and measure marketing programs
  • Experience with search, affiliate and social advertising platforms preferred
  • Thinks strategically, but stays on top of tactical execution
  • Impeccable presentation skills are a must
  • Interest in the performing arts or theater industry a plus
