Founded by theater insiders, TodayTix is the first and only free mobile app for iOS and Android that provides access to last-minute theater tickets.  We launched in December 2013 in NYC and have quickly grown to a team of 45 full-time employees. Now live in New York City, London, Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, Washington, D.C., Chicago, Boston, and Connecticut, the TodayTix team has plans to expand its reach to many new national and global locations.

 

Part-Time Ticketing Operations Specialists

We’re looking for outgoing, dependable, organized, positive and detail-oriented Ticketing Operations Specialists to join our team. Reporting to the Partnerships and Marketing Manager for Washington DC, the specialists are the face of TodayTix, promoting the brand and circulating materials to customers.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Filling ticket orders on a rolling basis

Ensuring smooth and efficiently ticket delivery at showtime outside the theater

Communicating and coordinating with other local agents and TodayTix staff members in NYC and Chicago

Serve as the face of TodayTIx to our concierge customers

Answering any questions customers or others might have about the app and concierge program

 

Qualifications/Skills:

MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS, NIGHTS AND HOLIDAYS

Experience handling sensitive financial information

Strong written and oral communication skills

Friendly, positive and personable demeanor

Impeccable punctuality and organization skills

Problem solving skills in a fast-paced environment

A great team player and a “make it work” attitude
